Last few days to nominate for the Vice Chancellor’s Awards

There’s less than two weeks to nominate people involved in the University for the Vice-Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence.

The awards celebrate people who have shown innovation, engagement and impact in their work – including staff, students and members of the community.

Last year Paul Gorczynski was one of the winners, after working to improve understanding of mental health of students and academics in universities. Hayler Wheeler’s work on charity events and initiatives like Reverse Advent Calendar was also recognised.

Elsewhere the Student Wellbeing Service and Welcome Ambassadors Projects were given awards for their work on improving the student experience.

How to nominate

You can nominate University staff, students, or any community members who work in partnership with the University. Nominations close 14 February 2020.
