Maximise our students’ success – spaces available for this year’s Learning and Teaching Conference

Find out about Global Study Buddies and using immersive virtual reality in order to promote learning and teaching within our University at this year’s Learning and Teaching conference.

Several speakers over two days on 11 and 12 June will discuss different methods of delivering quality teaching to engage and support our students and maximise their learning experience.

The conference website is now live and contains the programme for both days and details of the keynote speakers. Including Professor Janice Kay, Provost and Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Exeter on day two.

Interactive, visual talks and workshops will be taking place such as:

  • Global Study Buddies
  • Student-led interprofessional health checks to the homeless
  • Supporting student wellbeing

Lunch will be provided, with a Spanish inspired paella available on day one and to celebrate the start of summer, meat or vegetarian BBQ for day two.
