MyPort team – ready to help from Monday 9 April

The new MyPort team are getting ready for the opening of the brand new MyPort Information Hub on Monday 9 April, located on the Ground Floor of the Nuffield Centre.

The team are:

Dan Lodge – MyPort Manager
Tina Salt – Customer Service Supervisor
Christine Barton – Customer Service Supervisor
Fay Dyer – Customer Service Advisor
Harriet Harwood – Customer Service Advisor
Claire Myers – Customer Service Advisor
Susan Van-Nieuwkerk – Customer Service Advisor

The MyPort Information Hub will be staffed by a team of generalist student service advisors who will provide service to students across a range of professional services with the aim to resolve the query at first contact and to give the student the best possible service experience. Any queries that require more specialists support will be transferred to the Professional Service specialist teams, with the original query information.

As part of the new service, the student and public enquiry functions of the Information Centre will transfer to the MyPort Information Hub (the Information Centre at St Andrew’s Court will close on Friday 6 April). The functions of the Department of Student and Academic Administration Registry Counter will also transfer to the new MyPort Information Hub (the current Department of Student and Academic Administration Registry Counter in University House will close on Friday 6 April). The MyPort Information Hub will also provide ‘first level’ service for Student Finance and Student Housing, aiming to deal with initial queries and then refer onwards for specialist service.

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm

Friday – 8.30am to 4.00pm

Saturday and Sunday – Closed
