Wellbeing festivalThe theme for this year’s Wellbeing Festival is about celebrating the five ways to wellbeing: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, give.

Come and join us for activities, workshops and to meet amazing people to demonstrate, promote, showcase and celebrate all the different ways we can support our own wellbeing. There will be juggling, hula hooping and yoga, great food to help boost your mood, massage and manicure tasters and much more.
