Introduction to Mindfulness Workshops

Talking Change* will be running mindfulness workshops for University staff next term. talking change

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the present moment, helping you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and body. As well as boosting memory, concentration and wellbeing, mindfulness can also help manage the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.

Anyone can learn mindfulness techniques and this FREE workshop will offer a gentle introduction.  Learn simple practices that can help calm the mind and enrich nhs solentyour life.
