LEAN express: five-week health and fitness course

Women gym class‘Kickstart’ your way to a healthier, fitter you this summer with our new five-week LEAN express health and fitness course.

Included in the five-week course:

  • two exercise sessions per week (one gym-based, one studio-based)
  • one virtual education seminar per week
  • closed Facebook support group
  • online coaching tips
  • end of course graduation
