Stonewall Workplace Index 2016 – deadline for responses Friday 6 November

The University will be once again taking part in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, an audit tool to evaluStonewall-logoate our workplace for lesbian, gay and bisexual and transgender (LGBT) inclusion.

A key part of the audit is for Stonewall to gather feedback from ALL University staff to see how staff, heterosexual and LGBT feel about LGBT inclusivity within the organisation. The information staff provide will be anonymous and fed directly back to Stonewall. Last year 81 per cent of respondents felt the University was an inclusive environment to work. The more staff that respond, the more confidence we can have in the results.

The survey, which is completely anonymous, only takes a few minutes to complete and all staff are encouraged to take the opportunity to get involved.

To take part, please complete the survey online by following this link and type in the four-digit code unique to the University: 1696. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you can complete it by downloading the survey and sending it to Stonewall by post.

The deadline for responses is Friday 6 November 2015.
