App development with Microsoft

Purple Door are offering  a one day event with Microsoft and Nokia to help you build your next app.

The event on  18 April 2013, will have keynote speakers from both Microsoft and Nokia and you will hear from developers who have built apps.

There is also the chance to build your own app during our ‘Hackathon’ where you can win Microsoft prizes!

  1. Hi, is this event open to people who are not members of the university? I think it might interest my partner, who works as a software developer elsewhere and is keen to start writing apps for Windows phone. Thanks, Sally

  2. Hello Sally, Yes this event is open to anyone and free for everyone. All we ask is that people sign up via Eventbrite and select the relevant ticket.
