Stonewall Workplace Equality Index

The University is taking part in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, a tool we can use to evaluate our workplace practices on sexual orientation equality. We are also using the index to evaluate work in all other equality areas. Stonewall is renowned for its campaigning and lobbying work to forward equality and tackle issues of discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation.

As part of our submission to the Workplace Equality Index, Stonewall would like to hear from lesbian, gay and bisexual staff at the University on your experience in the workplace. The information you provide will be anonymous and will go directly to Stonewall’s Workplace Team, not to the University. Once the data is collected and analysed, only our average scores will be shared with us.

It is very important that our lesbian, gay and bisexual staff complete this survey as it will give us a very useful benchmark against which we can measure progress in future years.

Please click on the link below and type in the following three-digit code which is unique to the University. The deadline for responses is 9 September 2011.
