Why not try something new this summer?

At the University Gym we have new Drop-in classes so you can come and try something new this summer:

Tai Chi – Wednesdays 6.45pm

Developed specifically to invigorate every internal organ of the body as well as to strengthen your general muscle structure and increase energy levels.

Yoga – Fridays 1.00pm

Achieve balance between body and mind. Free the spiritual elements of your mind through challenging physical poses, breathing techniques and meditation. Yoga will help you cope with stress, tension and anxiety while developing physical strength, flexibility and control.

Zumba – Mondays 5.30pm

Zumba® is a dance-exercise routine that involves dancing to fabulous Latin American music. Fun, funky and fast becoming one of the most popular ways to get fit.


All the above classes are subject to an additional charge:
£3.75 members and £6.25 non-members, irrespective of whether the class is in peak or off-peak time.


Classes must be paid for on booking and you can book more than one week at a time.

Any cancellations MUST give 24 hours notice. We will transfer the class to another week but will NOT give a refund.
