Developing Mindfulness

This free course is a rolling programme that can be joined at any time. It will provide the opportunity to learn about and practice mindfulness alongside other students and share the experience. We meet together for an hour to do some gentle exercises. You will be asked to do a daily five-minute practice of mindfulness of the breath and you will be encouraged to develop your awareness of the theme of each session in your own time each week.

The course takes place every Tuesday from 23 January 5.00pm-6.00pm.
