Calming Mind and Body

This one-hour workshop will allow you the opportunity to experience various relaxation techniques and see what works for you. You will learn skills that you can take away to practice at home and that could be of continuing use to you in facing life’s challenges.

This workshop has been specifically scheduled during the exam period to provide an opportunity to relax and recharge your batteries so you can return to your work refreshed. It is best if you can wear loose fitting or comfortable clothing for this workshop.
