Can we take your picture for science?

Researchers from the Department of Psychology are building a database of lineup members that could be used to retrieve pictures and recordings for the purpose of eyewitness identification research. We are recruiting participants who are willing to contribute a set of video-recordings (full-body recordings walking towards the camera and turning to both sides + head-and-shoulders recordings + staged theft recordings).

We are specifically looking for participants in their 20s with East-Asian or Black ethnicity (male and female) and male participants with White ethnicity with blond and brunette short/middle length hair. However, we also welcome participants who do not meet these criteria.

Volunteers must be:

  • Age: 18+
  • Gender: Either
  • Staff/Student: Both

More Information:

£10

  • Dates: November 2018 - September 2019
  • Duration: Approximately 45 minutes
  • Location: 3.06 King Henry building
