Free coaching support opportunity for colleagues

Research Title: The application of a positive psychology coaching intervention on academics' workplace resilience: addressing coping behaviours during the peer review process.

We would like to invite you to take part in our research study to study whether / how a self-coaching intervention supports a greater experience in the peer-review process.  Your anonymity will be fully protected throughout including through use of a confidentiality agreement. If you are willing to take part, we would ask you to:

Volunteers must be:

  • Age: None
  • Gender: Either
  • Staff/Student: Staff

We are looking for research-active member of academic staff in the University of Portsmouth or Birkbeck, University of London who encounter (or have encountered in the past 12 months) submission and or resubmission as part of the blind peer-review process. Participants must have experienced at least one blind peer review and are currently NOT taking part in any similar psychological helping interventions (excluding mentoring).

More Information:

The participants will not receive any financial rewards or payments. Instead, the participants will benefit from the free self-coaching skill training.
