Have you read the staff email policy?

With the start of the new academic year approaching all staff are asked to familiarise yourselves with the latest version of the Staff Email Policy, which sets out the conditions under which the University’s email system – Google Mail – may be used.

Guidance, Factsheets and FAQs for staff on the management of email can be found at www.port.ac.uk/records and training on the use of Google Mail is available from the IT Training team.

Any questions about the Staff Email policy should be directed to the University Records Manager at: recordsmanagement@port.ac.uk.
