  1. What a pity then that I and a few others have been unable to access this site for three months and counting.

    • Please contact the IS Service Desk and they should be able to help you resolve the issue.

      • Ihave, and they can’t.

        • I have enquired about this for you and have been advised that you should speak to Dave Shambrook regarding the issue as HR run the portal and there are a number of reasons why a staff member might not automatically get access. I hope this helps.

  2. Any idea when the cinema benefits will be available again? They’ve been “working on a few improvements” for at least a couple of weeks now.
