​Specialist Study Skills workshops​ open to all students​​

How students can maximise their studies: Specialist Study Skills workshops open to all students.

ASDAC introduces workshops for 2017-18, inviting any student who wishes to hone their strategies and get the best from their studies.

These workshops are particularly useful to those with Specific Learning Difficulties eg. dyslexia or new to University.

The workshops will introduce practical strategies, tools and key insights, to help students sharpen their performance and achieve more at University.

What do lecturers expect from your writing at University?
By the end of this workshop you will know how to:

  • Analyse and break down your question or task.
  • Get started on your research.
  • Use this research in your writing.
  • Think and write critically about your reading, whilst developing your own authentic voice.
