Survive and Thrive at Uni – Workshop

5-students-outside-RichmondStarting at University can mean making big changes for some and often involves leaving home and living independently, meeting new people and making new friends, managing your own timetable and self-care. While this can be fun and exciting, initially it can also be challenging and stressful and it can take a while to settle in to the new environment. Our Survive and Thrive workshops will provide ideas, suggestions and information about ways to manage the change, develop independent life skills, stay safe and well, and make valuable new connections to create your own ‘home’.  You will also find out about all the support available to help you  get the best out of life at University.

This 60-minute workshop runs twice during the Autumn teaching block.
