New Michael Caine film premiers at Venice Film Festival

michael caine and studentsA new Michael Caine film called ‘My Generation’ about the 1960s, involving University of Portsmouth BA (Hons) Film Production (BAFP) undergraduates has premiered at the Venice Film Festival to a packed house and standing ovation. The two students, Jack Johal and Joey Nutkins accompanied Director of Photography Ben Hodgson and Senior Teaching Fellow on the BAFP course.

The students had been working on the film to gain work experience whilst in their second year at University and to assist their tutor, Ben, who worked on the film as Director of Photography. Read more about their experience and working with Michael Caine here.
