AppsAnywhere – new way to access your software

appsanywhereOn the 3 August the University will be launching a new App Store called AppsAnywhere. This will replace the old App Store called MyApps, allowing all staff and students to access University software on campus and selected software from home at the time convenient for them.

You will notice that there will be a new icon on your Desktop called AppsAnywhere so you can launch the Portal for future use. This new solution has improved features and you will be able to select your favourites, find software by category and more software is added all the time.

This new solution replaces MyApps and you will need to reinstall your software from AppsAnywhere. The software will let you know it has expired and prompt you to reinstall.

Further information will be available in an email shortly.

Guidance on how to use AppsAnywhere is available on Myport: AppsAnywhere
