Tell us how you travel to work and you could win a £50 Gunwharf Quays voucher!

Bike Week 2013The University is reviewing the Travel Plan as part of the Estate Masterplan and your views are essential to this process. We want the Travel Plan to represent the way staff and students travel to and from the University, to provide a range of sustainable travel solutions that represent the needs of students.

As part of the Travel Plan we are carrying out staff and student travel surveys.

Please take ten minutes to tell us how you travel – your responses will be kept anonymous and will form useful feedback for the Travel Plan. The survey should take about ten minutes to complete. Simply complete the survey including your contact details and we will enter you into a prize draw to win a £50 Gunwharf Quays voucher.

  1. Hello

I travel by push bike, always and every day, come summer or winter, come rain or shine. I lock my bike at lockable storage, which is vital. It is a little tight for the number of bikes in use these days.

  2. By ferry and on foot! Coming from across the water (Stubbington and Gosport) its good to walk! keeps you fit and doesn’t clog-up the public transport or roads! Rain or shine – we have a waterproof skin – we only leak out but don’t leak in!!

  3. I completed the survey but it did not ask the question which days that you work. As there are a high number of part time staff employed I would have thought this would have been required to understand the peaks in University working patterns. As car parking in middle of week is a lot worse.
