Now in its 2nd year, the students versus lecturers football match demonstrates how the University can come together to give back to the local community and beyond.

Each player aims to raise at least £150 for charity. Last year, this event raised over £6,000 and is set to raise more this year! This event is not-for-profit and all proceeds will be split 50/50 for Pompey in the Community and Prostate Cancer UK.

The two teams have been carefully selected to represent different areas of the University community.

Stadium tours will be available on the day at 1.30pm and 2pm. Each tour will last approximately 20 minutes, with a suggested donation of £1. Tours must be booked in advance on the link above.

A ‘Penalty Shoot-Out’ will take place at half-time for children from the crowd.

Parking will be available for free at Fratton Park, but spaces are limited.

Food and drink will be available to purchase within the stadium.

A raffle will also take place, with all proceeds going towards charity!
