University of Portsmouth Business graduate Nathan Cable, co-founder of Party Hard Travel, has been listed as one of 30 young travel stars by leading travel industry magazine, Travel Trade Gazette (TTG). Nathan set up his travel business with fellow Portsmouth graduate Barry Moore.

Nathan was invited to join the fifth year of the magazine’s scheme, Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders, an initiative which shines the spotlight on the travel industry’s most inspiring young people who have made an outstanding contribution to their business.

The competition for the initiative was extremely fierce, with nominations across a wide spectrum of industry sectors. A panel of distinguished judges met recently to choose the 30 successful candidates. As part of the final 30, Nathan will receive free membership to the Institute of Travel and Tourism, and will be invited to a series of networking dinners and events, with speakers drawn from the most senior levels within travel.

Daniel Pearce, Managing Director at TTG Media, comments: “There are countless networking events in travel, but there aren’t many opportunities for the younger stars in the business to meet, to network and to be inspired by some of travel’s current leaders. Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders not only celebrates these individuals but also gives them a real opportunity to learn from some of the most senior people in the industry as well as each other.  I’d personally like to congratulate Nathan on making it to the final 30.”

Nathan adds: “It’s a great honour to have been selected in this prestigious list and I aim to make the most of all the opportunities which the scheme brings. My business partner, Barry Moore, and I, have worked extremely hard over the past few years to build up a reputable business and I hope this can inspire any one reading that if you put your mind to something and put in lots of hard work, anything is possible!

“We will be launching our very own Party Hard Travel booking platform in the coming months which will enable travel agencies across the country to book customers on Party Hard holiday packages. Exposure through the TTG scheme will help amplify our message to the whole travel industry which is really exciting!

“The last 12 months have been huge for us, with bookings up 450 per cent compared to last year. We just launched our Summer 2017 packages, for which an advertisement featured on the new series of the hit TV series, Geordie Shore. Things are really starting to fall into place for us, we are aiming to send 10,000 guests on holiday this year and we can’t wait!”
