Managing Exam Stress

It’s exam time and anxiety levels amongst some of your students could be rising – this stress can block the effectiveness of their revision and lower performance in the exam.

The Student Wellbeing Service is running workshops to help students cope with exam stress.  This afternoon workshop will help them understand more about exam anxiety and teach them ways to reduce its impact on their performance. It will help them to build confidence in approaching exams, using structured strategies, interactive exercises and evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness.
